Your future tasks:
- Programming of CNC machines with HEIDENHAIN iTnc530 and Tnc355.
- Setting up the machines
- CNC milling in small series production
Your qualification:
- Completed training as a cutting machine operator in the field of milling technology or comparable qualification.
- experience with CAD/CAM is an advantage
- an independent, structured way of working, quality consciousness as well as the ability to work in a team complete your profile

- Knowledge of Siemens Simatic Step7, TIA
- Basic knowledge of analog control technology
- knowledge of English

- Development of functional and requirement specifications for PLC programming according to customer factory standards
- Creation of PLC programs based on Siemens PLC programs
- Programming and parameterization of frequency converters conventionally and via interface
- Checking and testing the PLC programs with the associated components in cold operation in the workshop
- Field service, such as commissioning, mainly in German-speaking countries
Your qualifications:
- completed training as electrician for industrial engineering / automation technology (m/f/d)
- professional experience with Siemens Simatic Step7, TIA and PCS7
- knowledge of English
